| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了铸造焦的几种生产方式,指出了各种方式生产的焦炭在质量方面具有的特点或存在的问题。分析了热回收焦炉和化产回收焦炉在炼焦过程中气态产物逸出方式的不同及焦炭收缩力的变化,探讨了热回收焦炉提高铸造焦强度的机理,指出热回收焦炉在生产铸造焦方面具有其独特的优势。

| Abstract: | A brief introduction to several methods of foundry coke production was given and their characteristics and disadvantages were pointed out.Through analysis of the ways of gas emission and coke shrinkage during carbonization in heat recovery coke ovens and in chemicals recovery coke ovens,the mechanism for enhancing the strength of the foundry coke produced by the former is expatiated.It is indicated that the heat recovery coke oven has its unique superiority in the production of foundry coke. |
