| 摘 要： | 探讨全细绒棉纺CJ 7.3 tex紧密纱生产工艺。通过选配质量较好的新疆细绒棉,使用性能良好的精梳机及紧密纺设备,并从并条开始采用前纺重定量、细纱大牵伸工艺,合理配置有关工艺参数,结果使纺出的CJ 7.3 tex紧密纱质量达到较好的水平,满足了使用要求。

| Abstract: | Production technology of medium cotton CJ 7.3 tex compact yarn was discussed.Better Xinjiang medium cotton was selected,comber with better property and compact spinning equipments were used.Heavier weight per unit before spinning and larger draft in spinning processing were adopted from drawing,related processing parameter was set rationally,finally CJ 7.3 tex compact yarn quality could reach better level,use demands could be reached. |
