| 摘 要： | 中药生产属于流程行业是一种典型的批流程生产形式，它对批次的跟踪有着特别的要求。整合整个中药生产企业的制造资源对于实现中药生产企业的现代化管理是必不可少的。本文旨在通过对中药制造企业的生产过程分析，结合制造资源计划（Manufacturing Resource Planning，MRPII）原理与方法，对中药制药业的生产计划如何分解，以及如何形成作业计划进行分析和研究，提出符合其行业特点的计算模型和方法，为中药制造企业自动生成生产作业计划提供依据。

| Abstract: | Production of Chinese herbal medicine belongs to process industry, and is a typical batch process production, which demands specially on the trace of batch. It is absolutely necessarily for realizing modem management of Chinese herbal medicine enterprise that all manufacturing resources of Chinese herbal medicine enterprise are taken into consideration.. This paper aims at analysis and research on how to decompose the production planning and form the workshop scheduling in Chinese herbal medicine manufacturing enterprises through analysis on production process of Chinese herbal medicine manufacturing enterprises and application of the principles and methods of MRPII, then puts forward the math models and methods suiting to characteristics of industry and provides the foundation to automatically form the workshop scheduling for Chinese herbal medicine manufacturing enterprises. |
