摘    要:该文阐述了液体粘性离合器的结构,工作原理,传递转矩的数学模型,性能特点及各种影响因素分析;通过试验对几种硅油进行了测试,从中得出了对评价液体粘性离合器工作性能极为重要的粘温特性和粘度剪切率特性数学模型。对其特有的峰值现象进行了研究和讨论;建立了试验台,对设计加工的LVC的工作特性进行了试验研究,从中得出了一些重要结论;试验结果表明,本文提出的数学模型和计算方法可作为液体粘性离合器研究和设计的根据。

Abstract:This paper deals with the Liguid Viscous coupling(LVC) used in a four-whell-drive car as an axle differential. Many kinds of the characteristics of the silicone oil are analysized and therefrom, several mathematical models of its viscosity vesus the temperature and shear rate changes are suggested with the aid of computer. An intensive research on the structure, principle, and properties of LVC is made. In addition, the specific hump phenomenon is elaberatedly dealed with. The mathematical models, which deal with the torgue transmitted ty LVC and hump phenomenon, have taken the temperature and shear rate changes into account a prototype LVC and the necessary attachments have been designed and produced, with which an experiment is made, and the test resulte show that the above developed mathematical models are good for LVC research, design and calculation. Some useful conclusion and advices are given on the basis of the adove mentioned experiment.
