高功率因数感应加热电源的设计与实现

摘    要:针对串联谐振式感应加热电源输入功率因数低、对电网污染大的缺点,在分析传统感应加热电源系统结构和基本原理的基础上,利用数字信号处理器(DSP-TMS320F2812)的高速数据采样和信号处理能力,研制成具有高功率因数的感应加热电源,给出了基于DSP的有源功率因数校正原理,控制算法和实现。理论分析和实验结果证明了基于DSP的有源功率因数校正用于感应加热电源的优点,高功率因数的感应加热电源实现了网侧单位功率因数和减少电网污染的控制目标。

Abstract:To reduce the harmonic pollution and improve the low input power factor of the traditional series resonant induction heating power,a new induction heating power with high input power factor is designed by using a Digital Signal Processor(DSP-TMS320F2812) with very rapid sampling data and processing signals on the basis of analyzing its topology and basic principle.The principle and the method how to achieve Active Power Factor Correction(APFC) is also presented and analyzed.Theoretical analysis and experimental results have shown that DSP-based APFC method applied in the induction heating power is excellent,it makes the input power factor close to unity and reduces the harmonic pollution to power net.
