摘 要: | 以蒽醌法生产过氧化氢的加氢催化剂为研究对象,考察了以Al2O3为载体的高负载Ni加氢催化剂在固定床反应条件下的活性,并测定了加氢催化剂在不同制备条件下的比表面积、晶粒粒径、表面形貌等,初步探讨了与氢化效率相关联的内在因素。结果表明,在以Ni为主要活性组分的催化剂中,通过选择适当的Ni负载量,控制还原温度、还原时间等催化剂制备条件,充分利用δ、θ-Al2O3载体的理化特性,可以制得具有较大比表面积、活性组分高度分散、晶粒细小且不规整、有较高加氢活性的催化剂。

Study on High-Load Ni Catalyst for Production of Hydrogen Peroxide by Anthraquinone Method |

Abstract: | The catalysis for anthraquinone hydrogenation to produce hydrogen peroxide was studied.Charac teristics of high-load Ni catalyst(Al2O3 as carrier)for trickle bed were investigated.XRD,SEM and BET were used to examine specific surface area,distribution of pore size,diameter of grain and appearance of catalyst surface.Essentials relating to hydrogenation efficiency were discussed.Ni as the main active constituent loaded on catalyst,with large specific surface area,high dispersity,tiny and irregular grain,and high activity can be prepared by proper control of Ni content,temperature of calcination,time of reduction and by taking full advantage of δ θ-Al2O3 as carrier.The catalyst developed may have great economic value and bright prospect. |
