摘    要:研究了助交联剂液体乙烯基聚丁二烯对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)硫化过程和物理机械性能的影响,结果表明:当其用量为4份时,弹性扭矩最大,拉伸强度24.8MPa,拉断伸长率334%,分别比空白样提高13%和50%;表观交联密度适宜,压缩永久变形29%低于空白样的44%,6份时的47%和8份时的55%;热空气老化后仍保持较高的强伸性能。

Abstract:The effect of liquid vinyl polybutadiene as coagent on curing course and physical properties of HNBR was investigated.The results showed that when liquid vinyl polybutadiene was 4 phr,the elastomeric torque was highest,the tensile strength was 24.8 MPa and the elongation at break was 334%,which increased by 13% and 50% than those of the control compound,respectively;the apparent crosslink density was proper,the compression set was 29%,which was lower 44% than that of the blank compound,and it was lower 47% and 55%,respectively,as liquid vinyl polybutadiene 6 phr and 8 phr.The tensile properties remained high after thermal aging.
