可再生能源电力市场模式研究

随着人们对能源和环境问题的关注,可再生能源的开发利用在世界范围内广泛兴起,我国迫切需要建立一个完善的市场体系来推动可再生能源产业的发展。研究了可再生能源电力参与区域电力市场竞争的可行方案,初步探讨了竞争所需要具备的辅助服务、价格机制及其他基本条件,从市场主体、市场准入、交易机制、市场监管、市场效益、实践经验等6个方面分析了可再生能源的统一绿色电力市场模式。结合我国电力市场的发展现状和可再生能源产业实践,建议我国根据区域电力市场发展进程实施不同的可再生能源电力市场交易模式。

Study on the power market mode of renewable energy

With the increasing concern on energy and environment issues,the utilization of renewable energy is rising up in the world,a perfect market system is required to promote the development of renewable energy industry.The feasible scheme for renewable energy in regional power market competition was studied,primarily covering the required conditions,such as auxiliary service and price mechanism etc.The uniform green power market mode was analyzed in the fields of market proper,admittance,trade mechanism,supervision,benefit and experiences.Based on the present situations of power market in China and the foreign experiences in renewable energy,the renewable energy power market modes were proposed in line with the development of power market in China.
