钻井工程监督管理之我见

钻井工程监督的主要职责是依据法律法规、各类标准规范及工程设计合同对工程项目实施质量、进度、投资控制,以保证投资方目标的实现,然而在实际监督管理运行中仍然存在着一些不足,主要表现在4个方面:1、监督认识不一;2、监督力量薄弱;3、监督模式单一;4、监督待遇偏低。针对这些问题,应在三个方面下功夫:一是在监督管理体制上下功夫;二是要在人员培训上下功夫;三是要监督待遇上下功夫。

My Views on Supervising and Managing Drilling Engineering

Drilling engineering supervisors' main responsibility is to control the project quality,progress and investment according to laws and regulations,all kinds of standards and the project design contract to ensure the investor to realize the aim.However,there are still some inadequacies in the process of supervision which are embodied in different understanding of supervision,weak supervision power,monotonous supervision model and low remuneration for supervisors.Aiming at the problems above,we should make efforts in the system of supervision and management,personnel training and remuneration for supervisors.
