小波包分解在发电机组转子振动故障诊断中的应用研究

摘    要:为研究发电机组转子振动问题,从转子实验台上得到几种典型振动信号,分别进行了小波包分解和能量特征提取;并与海南某电厂燃气轮发电机组的现场振动信号进行了对比和研究。结果表明,小波包分析在发电机组振动故障诊断中能较好地识别故障类型。

Abstract:In order to research the problem of rotor vibration in power unit,several typical vibration signal is received from experiment table of rotor,the wavelet packet analysis and distill of energy character separately are carried out,yet compared and researched with the site vibration signal of gas turbine power unit in some power plant of Hainan.The result indicates that the wavelet packet analysis can better identify the fault type in fault diagnosis of vibration for power unit.
