Abstract:As for inadequate power supply caused by thermal statbility allowance of transmission capacity and lag behind power grid construction,technology and design of transmission line lead temperature measurement and dynamic rating were discussed.Through on-line monitor on lead temperature,humidity,air speed,air direction and sunshine as well as operation current of SCADA,operation state and potential transmission capacity were evaluated according to heat capacity equation and Morgan Formula.
