摘    要:蜗杆传动机构作为一种结构紧凑的减速机构在大速比场合应用广泛.但一般计算转矩时通常只考虑蜗轮蜗杆匀速传动的场合,而不适用于加速与制动时的情形.特别是在以惯性载荷为主的伺服系统中,其加、减速时的转矩不同于常规稳态转矩.文中首次采用由理论转矩计算出的实际转矩可以精确地控制系统,尤其是在蜗杆传动机构用于伺服系统加、减速时,性能...
