电泵联锁启动逻辑优化

摘    要:在机组运行中因电泵联锁启动逻辑设计不合理造成MFT动作.为避免此类非正常停机事故的发生,通过对超临界直流炉单台汽泵跳闸进行分析,优化电泵在备用状态时联锁启动逻辑,从而避免锅炉因给水流量低导致MFT动作,减少机组非计划停运行,提高机组的安全经济运行水平.该优化方案经过检验合理有效.

Abstract:In order to prevent unexpected unit shutdown caused by MFT,pump trip of supercritical once-through boiler was analyzed.Moreover,pump logic interlock startup was optimized to decrease unplanted shutdown of the units and enhance operation's reliablity and benefit.
