| 摘 要： | 较为全面地讨论了电力市场环境下的辅助服务问题。依据目前国际上讨论的热点内容并以电力系统实际情况为出发点 ,对适合于目前我国电力市场的辅助服务进行了定义和分类。介绍了国内外探讨和应用的辅助服务定价机制和辅助服务成本回收机制。评述了国际上几个典型的辅助服务市场 (包括英格兰和威尔士、加州、新英格兰等几个国家和地区 )。最后 ,对适用我国的辅助服务市场模式的研究方向提出了看法和建议

| Abstract: | The issues of ancillary service under the electricity market environment are discussed. The ancillary services in the electricity market in China at present are defined and classified according to the matters concerned greatly in the world and the actual condition of power systems. Ancillary services pricing mechanisms and cost recovery mechanisms discussed and applied in the world are introduced. Several typical ancillary services markets are presented and evaluated England and Wales,. California, and New England,etc. Some opinions and suggestions for rational ancillary service market patterns meeting the case of China are proposed. |
