| 摘 要： | 球磨机在水泥生产中占有十分重要的地位，在水泥的生产成本中，粉磨电耗占水泥成本的35％～40％。水泥粉磨是控制水泥质量最后也是最重要的关键性一环，在一定程度上，粉磨质量可以弥补熟料质量的不足(即粉磨可以提高水泥质量)，保证出厂水泥的合格率。

| Abstract: | Over-grinding is very serious in ordinary open circuit long mill (triplebins), which lead to dispersing grain and wide range of particle size sothat strength of cement is unable to bring into play under new standards.Through renovation for inner structure of mill, crushing efficiency offirst bin and uniformity of granularity are increased, over-grinding isimproved, thus grinding capacity of mill is enhanced. |
