基于工作流的工艺准备过程管理信息系统研究

为了实现生产工艺准备过程的并行与信息集成，结合军工企业研制生产的特点，研究了基于工作流理念组织生产工艺准备过程的理论与建模方法，建立了生产工艺准备过程的过程模型、组织模型和任务模型；建立了支持工作流过程模型定制和过程模型自动执行的数据模型，实现了生产工艺准备过程的自动运行控制。设计了系统的功能结构、体系结构和实现流程。利用Delphi 6开发了生产工艺准备过程的管理系统，提高了工艺准备过程的监控能力，缩短了生产技术准备的周期。

Research on process preparation management information system based on workflow

In order to realize concurrent and information integration of production,according to the characteristics of military enterprise, the theory and modeling method of organizing production process preparation based on workflow was studied, and the process model, organization model and task model for production process preparation were set up. A data model supporting the customized workflow and process model automation was established, so that the automatic control of production process preparation was realized. The function structure, architecture and realizing flow of process preparation management information system were all designed. A product process management system was developed by Delphi 6 software,which improves the control capability of process preparation and shortens the period of production technical preparation.
