| 摘 要： | 通过对某三层砌体结构招待所的抗震验算以及抗震构造要求等的复核,并对原有建筑物的基础、墙体进行现场检测,通过基础加固方案的比选,采用双面加钢筋混凝土套的方法扩大原毛石基础底面积,并实施加层改造,实践证明该法是可行的。

| Abstract: | Based on checking to anti-seismic ability account and constitution of a three-floors masonry structural rest house building and checking in the actual locale for stone bases and masonry walls.It can be concluded that the means of double-surface cover of reinforced concrete can enlarge stone bases bottom-areas,reconstruction and addition stories can be treatment,this means is feasible. |
