应用低温热潜力系数快速评价炼油低温热利用潜力

摘    要:为了快速判断炼油企业的低温热资源情况,减少低温热调查中开展大量标定的工作量,提出了低温热潜力系数算法。通过对炼油厂循环水系统、装置复杂系数等简单参数的核算,对不同炼油装置结构的企业进行低温热资源的快速评价。根据中国石化13家企业的对比分析,该方法初步满足快速评价的要求,具有一定的指导意义。
