| 摘 要： | 为了快速判断炼油企业的低温热资源情况，减少低温热调查中开展大量标定的工作量，提出了低温热潜力系数算法。通过对炼油厂循环水系统、装置复杂系数等简单参数的核算，对不同炼油装置结构的企业进行低温热资源的快速评价。根据中国石化13家企业的对比分析，该方法初步满足快速评价的要求，具有一定的指导意义。
