摘    要:为了量化描述高原矿井缺氧环境对作业人员和设备工作效率带来的不利影响,为矿山的通风方案优选提供基础环境数据,构建了适用于高原矿井的氧气含量计算数学模型,以某高原多金属矿为工程背景,设计了涵盖关键生产中段和斜坡道的现场环境参数检测方案,得到了包括大气压力、氧气体积分数、温度、湿度在内的现场测量结果,以此为基础研究了高原矿井的氧气分布规律。实测数据表明,在不同生产中段及斜坡道内,井下的氧气含量随着海拔的升高而降低,在同一中段水平,氧气含量与现场作业频繁程度呈负相关性,同时显示出井下的氧气实测数值普遍低于理论值。分析得出,井下正在作业的中段以及运输车辆频繁通过的区域耗氧较多,在设计通风方案时应着重考虑这一特点,采用以压抽混合式为主、配合人工局部增压和辅助供氧的通风方式。

Abstract:In order to quantify the adverse effect of the anoxic environment on the efficiency of mine workers and equipment in plateau mine and provide basic data for the aeration ventilation scheme of the mine, the mathematical model of oxygen content in the mine is constructed. Taken a certain plateau polymetallic mine for the engineering background, the calibration scheme of field environment parameters which cover key production level and ramp is designed. The results of field calibrations including atmospheric pressure, oxygen volume fraction, temperature and humidity are obtained. Based on this, the oxygen distribution of the plateau mine is studied. The research results show that the oxygen content of the underground mine decreased with the increase of altitude in different production levels and ramps. The oxygen content is negatively correlated with the intensity of the field production in the same level. Meanwhile, the calibration values of oxygen of the underground mine are generally lower than theoretical values. The level which is under production and the region which transport vehicles pass through frequently have more oxygen consumptions and this characteristic should be focused on in the design of ventilation scheme. The appropriate ventilation of the mine is forced-exhaust ventilation with artificial partial increasing pressure and auxiliary oxygen supply.
