摘    要:针对粉矿仓板结位置难于定位的问题,首次引入矿用三维激光扫描仪进行扫描定位。经过现场实际使用表明,矿用三维激光扫描仪可以非常快速、直观地扫描粉矿仓内部形态,为后续板结问题解决提供直观的数据基础。使用三维激光扫描仪定位粉矿仓板结位置的方式在后续应用中可以进一步推广,相信可以更好地解决粉矿仓板结问题。

Abstract:To solve the problem that is difficult to position the compaction of crushing pocket, this paper uses 3D laser scanner to position the compaction of crushing pocket at the first time. This paper chooses Sanshandao Gold Mine to do experiment, the result of experiment shows that 3D laser scanner can obtain 3D point cloud data of the crushing pocket intuitively and efficiently, these point cloud will provide intuitionistic data basis to solve the compaction problem of crushing pocket. The way of using 3D laser scanner to position the compaction of crushing pocket should be popularized to other mine and the compaction problem of crushing pocket will be solved very well.
