电解质溶液中氨基酸的萃取平衡模型

摘    要:通过对色氨酸在三辛基甲基氯化铵 (TOMAC) /正辛烷体系中分配平衡行为分析 ,推导了氨基酸的普遍化液液萃取平衡模型。根据氨基酸的分配平衡数据 ,获得了TOMAC萃取色氨酸的萃取平衡常数。系统地分析了离子强度对色氨酸分配平衡的影响 ,考虑氨基酸溶液非理想行为的离子强度效应 ,对分配模型进行了修正。修正后的氨基酸分配平衡模型与实验结果一致

Abstract:The partitioning equilibrium behavior of amino acid in trioctylammonium chloride (TOMAC)/ n octane system was analyzed, and a generalized partitioning model of amino acid has been derived. Based on the experimental data, the partitioning equilibrium constant of L tryptophan ( L Trp) was obtained. The effect of ionic strength on the partitioning equilibrium behavior of L Trp was studied. The partitioning equilibrium model was modified taking account of the nonideal solution behavior of the amino acid solution caused by the ionic strength effect.The modified model agreed well with the experimental results.
