膜技术在油气回收过程中的应用

摘    要:介绍了膜技术这一新兴的化工分离技术应用于油库及加油站挥发油气回收过程的工艺流程,同时对该技术在国内外的发展动态进行了介绍,并结合现场工业化试验装置的运行数据,对膜技术油气过程的工艺特点、性能指标、经济效益等进行了研究分析。结果表明:对油气挥发量较大且集中的油库,膜技术的单独使用并不经济,而将膜技术与传统的压缩、冷凝、吸收技术相结合,可以充分发挥传统工艺与膜技术各自的优点,使整个油气回收工艺得以优化;对于挥发油气量较少且分散的加油站,膜技术具有清洁、环保、简便、易用等优点,使膜技术单独使用具有较大的技术优势。

Abstract:The membrane technology which is used in the process of oilgas recovery from service stations to oil depots,and its mechanism,application situation in China and abroad are introduced.Based on the operation of commercial units,the process character,performance and benefits of membrane-based oilgas recovery technology are analyzed.It is shown that the application of the membrane technology alone in oil depots where more oilgas is emitted is not profitable. However, the combination of the membrane technology with the traditional processes results in the optimization of the whole process of oilgas recovery from oil depots . As for the oil recovery from less emitted service stations, the application of the membrane technology alone predominates over other technologies,for example in cleanness,environmental protection and easy use, etc.
