摘    要:给出了磷化液的最佳配方,通过硫酸铜点滴法及失重法对磷化膜进行评定。讨论了空气湿度,磷化时间对磷化膜层耐蚀性的影响及磷化时间与膜重的关系。试验中发现含添加剂A、B的磷化液较只含添加剂A的磷化液得到的磷化膜的耐蚀性约提高2-5倍,磷化膜结晶均匀,致密,深灰色,耐蚀性较为理想,并与空气的相对湿度有明显的线性关系。随磷化工艺的不同得到的膜重在5-15g/m^2之间,磷化液为单组份,具有易于操作,无需进行表面调整,节省工作时间,环保性能好等优点,适用于大批量钢铁工件的磷化生产。

Abstract:The optimal formula is described. The phosphating film is evaluated with methods of dribble bluestone and weight loss. The effect of air humidity and phosphating time on the corrosion resistance of the film and the relation between phosphating time and film weight are discussed. It is found in experiments that the corrosion resistance of the film formed in the phosphating solution containing additive A and B is about 2 5 times higher than that formed in the phosphating solution containing additive A only. The phosphating film thus obtained, uniform in crystal structure, compact and dark gray, has an ideal corrosion resistance, which has an obvious linear relation with air humidity. With different phosphating proceses, weight of the phosphating film varies between 5 15 g/m 2 . This monocomponent phosphating solution has many advantages: easy to operate, no need to condition steel surface, save time, environment friendly, etc, so is suitable for mass phosphating of iron & steel parts in production.
