| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种新型的利尔元件测量空间电场的测量系统。该系统中由电场调制的激光光强经光电变换后，由单片机完成信号的重复采集和数据处理，从而消除激光光强波动和噪声对测量精度的影响。即使用普通的稳定度不高的激光源也能获得满意的测量精度。

| Abstract: | This thesis presents a new system of electric field measurement by using Pockels device. In this system,the repeated data acquisition and signal processing are completed by single chip microcomputer after the optical signal of lasser intensity modulated by electric field was converted to electric signal. The influence of ripple and noise of lasser on the measurement accuracy has been eliminated. In spite of using ordinary lasser source with low stability the satisfactory measurement accuracy can also be achieved. |
