| 摘 要： | 从建立最小偏差椭圆插补算法的偏差公式的数学模型人手，利用数学归纳法证明了采用该方法得到的偏差不大于1／2个脉冲当量，并用实例加以验证。本文的证明为最小偏差椭圆插补算法的进一步推广应用奠定了理论基础，并再次说明了最小偏差算法具有较高的插补精度。

| Abstract: | An error mathematic model of minimum deviation ellipse interpolation method was established,complete induction was adopted to prove that the error of minimum deviation ellipse interpolation method is not more than half pulse equivalence. The performance test demonstrates that minimum deviation interpolation method possess better precision. |
