加氢处理装置循环氢中甲烷含量变化分析及应对措施

摘    要:针对加氢处理装置脱硫后循环氢中甲烷含量变化原因进行了分析。结果表明,加氢处理装置补充新氢中甲烷含量增大,反应温度升高,反应器新加入较高活性催化剂FF-24,均会引起脱硫后循环氢中甲烷含量增大。当原料油密度892~909kg/m3时,组分变化较小,对脱硫后循环氢甲烷含量影响不大。为了控制脱硫后循环氢甲烷含量,可以适当增大排废氢量以减少甲烷积累;在满足生产条件情况下,适当提高新氢纯度和降低反应温度;控制冷高分温度在40~50℃,以保持甲烷在冷高分液中一定的溶解度。

Abstract:The causes of change of methane content in desulphurized recycle hydrogen in the hydrogenation is analyzed.The results show that with increasing of the methane content in added hydrogen,rising the reaction temperature and adding the newly higher activitily catalyst FF-24,the methane content in desulphurized recycle hydrogen increases.When the raw oil density is 892-909 kg/m3,there is little change in components,which has little effect on the methane content in desulphurized recycle hydrogen.In order to control the methane content in desulphurized recycle hydrogen,it is found that the amount of waste hydrogen discharge can be increased appropriately to reduce the methane accumulation.Based on the status of meeting the production conditions,the fresh hydrogen purity can be increased appropriately and the reaction temperature can be reduced.In addition,the solubility of methane in the liquid of cold low-pressure separation vessel can be maintained by controlling the separation vessel temperature in 40-50 ℃.
