Pondering on Improving Graduation Thesis of Undergraduates in Military Academy

For boosting the writing level and overall quality of graduation thesis by undergraduates in military academy, combining the thesis from the subject of operational command, this article analyzes the main quality problems of graduation thesis, points out the key factors that affect its quality are to select a topic improperly, have insufficient collection arid organization of literature and materials, lack of innovation in thesis contents, poor writing ability, lack of instructors ability and others, based on which, and finally brings forward the corresponding solution countermeasures in terms of three aspects including instructors, graduation cadets and managers.
