反导预警雷达交接班效能仿真模型框架研究

摘    要:针对反导防御作战中早期预警雷达和多功能相控阵雷达的交接班效能仿真验证问题,深入解析了雷达交接班概念和内涵,提出了雷达交接班过程的时间、高度和逻辑三维模型.基于该过程模型和地基雷达预警探测导弹目标的使命任务特点,提出了反导预警雷达交接班准则,进而构建了包括弹道仿真、交班时机仿真等较完整的仿真流程方案和模型体系,形成一个可行有效的雷达交接班效能仿真模型框架.该模型框架可用于反导预警雷达交班策略研究等,为反导预警指挥提供一定的决策支持.

Abstract:In view of the issue of efficiency simulation and its verification on shifting of mission between the previous early-warning radar and the multi-function phased array radar in anti-missile defensive battle, this paper goes deeply into the concept and connotation of radar mission shifting, and presents a 3D model for the time, altitude and logic in the process of radar mission shifting. Based on this process model and the mission features of early-warning detecting the missiles on ground-based radar, the mission shifting rules of anti-missile early warning radar are put forward, and the more complete flow scheme and model system of simulations on missile, mission shifting time and others are constructed, thus forming a feasible and effective efficiency simulation model framework on radar mission shifting. This proposed model framework could be used for study of mission shifting strategy of anti-missile early warning radar, offering a certain decision-making support on anti-missile early warning command.
