基于“教为不教”教学理念的院校教学改革探索

从主体教育的作用和传统教育存在的问题两个方面，论述了树立“教为不教”教学理念的必要性；以历史渊源和教育教学本质为依据，阐述了“教为不教”的科学内涵和意义，分析了我国院校教育为什么总是培养不出杰出人才和教学改革难以深入进行的原因，从而导出了实现“教为不教”的条件．最后给出了三种能具体实现“教为不教”教学理念的教学改革方法．

Exploration of College Educational Reform Based on Teaching Idea of Teaching for No Teaching

In terms of such two aspects as the function of initiative-based learning and the problems existing in the traditional education, this article expounds the necessity of teaching idea that teaching now is for no teaching next, sets forth the scientific connotation and significance of teaching for no teaching on the basis of historical origin and the essence of education and teaching, analyzes the reasons why some outstanding talents would not be trained out of our colleges and universities and why the teaching reform is not easy to progress deeply, and therefore derives the conditions for implementing ＂teaching for no teaching＂. And finally, the three types of methods for teaching reform that can be used for realizing the teaching idea of teaching for no teaching are given in this article.
