抽油杆无盲区检测方案和系统设计

摘    要:针对现有漏磁检测设备在抽油杆端部存在较大盲区的现象,提出抽油杆无盲区的检测方案,对传感器的设计与安装、磁化结构的设计以及自动控制等问题进行了详细的讨论。有效地解决了抽油杆使用过程中端部过渡区的无盲区检测问题,在工程实际中得到良好的应用。

Abstract:Aiming at the large dead zones existing at the both ends of a sucker rod with magnetic flux leakage testing, the project for inspecting the sucker rods without dead zone was brought out. In addition, the design and installation of the detecting instrument, the construction of magnetization and automatic control methods were detailed. The project solved the reliable testing problem of the sucker rod end areas where accident easily occurred in its application, and was well used in practice.
