摘    要:采用双路F-P进行加速度测量,有很高的分辨率。原有研究基础上,经过进一步研究发现,其测量结果的灵敏度和传感头中两个F-P干涉腔的腔长有关。从理论方面说明了,其灵敏度和两个F-P腔的腔长的关系,并且在原来传感头的基础上增加了微电压可调PZT,用于调节某一个F-P谐振腔腔长,到达一合适值,以便其灵敏度最大。

Abstract:A system of two optical fibers F-P interferometer with high resolution to measure micro-acceleration had been installed. Based on that research the sensitivity of the system is found to rely on the length of the F-P cavities. The relation of the sensitivity of the length of the F-P cavity is derived, The adjusting length of the F-P resonator by PZT and micromodulate voltage to improving the sensitivity of the system.is presented.
