Abstract: | A deep hole or oblique hole diameter measuring system was introduced, a cylindrical capacitive probe with effective measurement electrode was adopted to measure the diameter by measuring the clearance between the probe electrode and the measured hole, and it has no measurement force by measuring in non-contact mode. And then, we obtain the precision diameter measurement system for straight holes. By using the measurement system in oblique hole, we can see that with the increase in the hole depth, the measurement results are basically approaching stable value. |
