| Abstract: | To verify creditability, comparability of result of measurement, it is necessary to evaluate uncertainty of result of measurement. This article introduces the resource of uncertainty by the analyzing principle of analyzer and method of calibration. Then, this article introduces the evaluation method of measuring uncertainty by analyzing the principle of evaluating uncertainty. |
