摘    要:研究了模拟现场条件下,影响酯硬化改性水玻璃砂可使用时间、起模时间和强度的因素.介绍了酯硬化改性水玻璃砂工艺在当前铸造行业中的应用情况,并对不同类型铸件对该工艺的特殊要求进行了论述.

Abstract:The Influence factors of bench life,stripping time and strength relevant to modified ester cured sodium silicate sand were researched under simulated field conditions.Not only the applications of the modified ester cured sodium silicate sand technology to current foundry industry were presented,but also the special requirements of different castings to the technology were discussed.
