全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面花纹散热性能探讨

摘    要:基于傅立叶热传导方程、室内机床试验和实际理赔轮胎分析,探讨全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面花纹的散热性能.结果表明,一般情况下块状花纹的散热性能优于纵向和横向条状花纹;采取增大空气在胎面花纹中的流通、减小花纹沟槽角度以及肩部开肩口和加散热片等优化措施,有利于提高胎面花纹的散热性能,从而提高轮胎的耐久性能和使用寿命.

Abstract:The heat dissipation performance of tread pattern of TBR tire was investigated based on the Fourier equation of heat exchange,the mileage test and analysis of tire claim.The results showed that the heat dissipation performance of block tread pattern was better than that of longitudinal and transverse strip tread pattern in general.By increasing the air flowing in the tread pattern,reducing the angle of pattern groove,setting scoop and adding steel pieces in shoulder of tire and so on,the heat dissipation performance of tread pattern could be improved,so that the endurance and usage life of TBR tire could be increased.
