行星齿轮机构的多目标优化设计

摘    要:以行星齿轮机构传动效率高、重量轻体积小等为目标,探讨行星齿轮机构的优化设计。根据工程的实际要求建立了优化设计数学模型,设计了优化程序并进行设计计算分析。通过实例设计验证了方法的优点及实用性。实践结果表明,用本方法设计的行星齿轮机构不但达到了最优化目标,还可以大大提高设计效率。

Abstract:This paper discusses the optimization design of the planetary gears taking the high efficiency, light weight ,compact size of planetary gears as target. The mathematical model of optimum design based upon the strict engineering requirements has been figured out, and the optimization program and calculation analysis has been developed. The advantage of the method has been proved by an example. The optimal objective of planetary gears can be achieved and the efficiency of design can also be raised by using this method.
