潜艇耐压液舱壳板强度的计算方法研究

摘    要:以往在对潜艇耐压液舱进行强度和稳定性计算时,通常将耐压液舱视为等效环肋圆柱壳.虽然液舱壳板是由不同半径和不同厚度的壳板组成,但计算方法是套用了环肋圆柱壳的计算方法,所不同的是引进了相当肋骨概念.而通过分析这种计算方法发现在理论上存在着很多不足之处,由于不同半径壳板的曲率变化,使得壳板中产生了很大的周向弯曲应力,因而套用环肋圆柱壳的计算方法忽略周向弯曲应力就偏于危险.鉴于此,将耐压液舱近似看作为一扁度较小的椭圆柱壳,采用椭圆形耐压指挥室的强度计算方法、相当半径方法和复变函数方法分别进行计算.实例计算结果表明:对于相同的椭圆柱壳,采用椭圆形耐压指挥室的强度计算方法比相当半径方法和复变函数方法计算更准确;在扁度较小的情况下,与环肋圆柱壳方法相比,采用椭圆形耐压指挥室的强度计算方法得到的计算结果更符合实际情况.

Abstract:Pressure tank was generally treated as ring-stiffened cylindrical shell when calculating its strength and buckling.However,there is something wrong with the method based on the experimental investigations.The large bending stress will occur in the shell due to the variety of curvature;therefore,the computing method of ring-stiffened cylindrical shell would result in dangerous results.In the present paper,pressure tank is approximately regarded as an oval cylindrical shell whose flatness is smaller,based on the theoretical investigations,calculations are done respectively with the methods of pressurized oval command chamber,equivalent radius and function of complex variable.The results show that the method of pressurized oval command chamber can give more precise results than other two methods for the same oval cylindrical shell and the method of pressurized oval command chamber can obtain more practical outcomes in comparison with the method of cylindrical shell ring-stiffened.
