库存管理及控制信息系统设计研究

技术进步和需求多样化使得产品寿命周期不断缩短，企业面临着缩短交货期、提高质量、降低成本和改进服务的压力，库存管理与控制对企业流动资金的有效使用及对企业的经济效益有着直接的影响，在企业管理中是举足轻重的．该文利用管理信息系统设计理论与方法，着重研究库存管理与控制信息系统的设计，在需求分析的基础上，给出了实体联系图及数据流程图，对数据库结构进行了详细设计，提出了系统的功能．所设计的系统集成了企业的物流、资金流、事务流及信息流，适用于网络环境（如Internet或Intranet），对企业减少库存、增加效益、提高竞争力具有重要的意义．

Study on the design of inventory management and control information system

With quick development of technologies,the life cycle of product is becoming shorter and shorter.The enterprises are facing much challenge in shortening delivery time,improving quality of products,reducing cost,and improving services.The inventory management and control information system has much effect on efficient utilization of active capital and economic benefit.It also takes on a very important role in managing the enterprises.According to the theory and methods of Management Information System(MIS),the design method for inventory management and control information system is studied in this paper.Based on requirement analysis,both ERDs(Entity-Relationship Diagram) and DFDs(Data Flow Diagram) are presented.The database structure is designed in details and the functions in the system are described.All kinds of material flows,capital flows,procedure flows,and information flows in an enterprise are integrated in this system.It will be suitable to access in network,such as Internet or Intranet.It is very significant for reducing inventory,increasing enterprise benefit,and improving competition capability.
