摘    要:对上海某大型污水泵站的节能方案进行了分析讨论,简要介绍了通用污水泵站的概况以及原有的水泵变频控制技术.依据该泵站现有的运行条件,分析了供水泵站和排水泵站水泵变频运行的必要性以及排水泵站变频节能的基本原理.在原有控制基础上提出了变频泵的节能控制方案,对变频调速的水泵采用最小轴功率法进行最优控制,以改善该泵站的能耗水平,使水泵机组在满足安全运行的条件下能尽量高效运行,达到节能运行的目的.

Abstract:The energy-saving program for a sewage pumping station in Shanghai was discussed in this paper.The overview of common sewage pumping station and the existing pump variable frequency control technology were briefly introduced.According to the existing operating conditions of the pump station, the necessity of variable frequency operation for feed pumping stations and drainage pumping stations was analyzed, and the fundamental principles of the energy-saving for variable frequency operation in drainage pumping stations were studied.The energy-saving control program of variable frequency pump was then proposed according to the original control basis.The pump was also optimally controlled using the minimum shaft power method, which favored improving the energy consumption level for the pump station.This study could make the pump meet the standards of safe operation, as well as the high efficiency and the energy-saving.
