摘    要:汽轮机用12Cr2Mo钢锻件经正火、回火后,其力学性能(主要是屈服强度)偏低,一次热处理后的合格率仅为50%,既造成该钢锻件大量热处理返修,又严重影响了生产周期。对12Cr2Mo钢锻件的加热处理工艺进行了正交试验研究,进行了金相分析和生产实践,并对该钢锻件正火、回火后力学性能不合格的原因进行了探索,找出了该钢适合厂情的最佳热处理工艺参数,使该钢锻件一次性热处理合格率达到100%,经济效益十分显著。

Abstract:Mechanical properties of normalized and tempered 12Cr2Mo steel forgings, primarily yielding strength, were on the low side. Of the forgings heat-treated for the first time, the qualified forgings amounted only to 50%. As a result, a large number of the forging had to be reheat-treated, and production period was considerably affected as well. The heat treatment process for the 12Cr2Mo steel forgings was researched by the orthogonal test method. Metallographic test and production practice were also carried out. The reason why mechanical properties of the normalized and tempered forgings failed was analyzed, and the optimum heat treatment process parameters for the 12Cr2Mo steel suitable for the plant condition were obtained.Therefore, the qualified forgings after the first time heat treatment have amounted to 100%. Economical benefit become very obvious.
