AlN颗粒增强Cu基复合材料内氧化的研究

摘    要:对预置AlN微粒铜基复合材料内氧化前后进行了组织形貌观察和性能测试。结果表明:在高纯氮气体介质中可实现预置微粒Cu基复合材料的内氧化,内氧化物在弥散分布的原预置微粒处形核、长大,充满于整个复合材料之中;复合材料抗压强度的提高来自于晶粒细化和第二相弥散强化的共同作用;内氧化使复合材料致密化程度提高,并增加了粒子与基体之间界面的结合强度,是改善耐磨性的主要原因。

Abstract:Microstructures and properties of AlN particle reinforced Cu base composites were compared before and after internal oxidation treatment The results show that internal oxidation of the particles reinforced Cu base composites may be achieved in the medium of high pure nitrogen gas The internal oxides grow on the surfaces of AlN particles, and are distributed dispersive within composites matrix The enhanced of compression resistance resulted from the role of the fine grain and particles dispersed strengthening The densification and interfacial bonding strength of the composites can be improved by means of internal oxidation treatment, which is supposed to be one of the main reason for the wear resistance enhanced
