| 摘 要： | 国际工程项目的风险主要由承包商承担,它涉及到工程实施的各个方面,不仅要受项目参与各方以及工程当地国政治、经济和社会状况的影响,还要受全球政治和经济气候的制约.工程项目的风险管理与保险,在整个项目管理中的作用已经越来越突出,它是工程顺利实施的有效保障.文章从复杂性、国别性和全球性三个方面论述了国际工程的风险性,运用系统分析的方法研究了国际工程风险管理的步骤和过程,进而对国际工程保险的险种、决策和理赔进行探讨.
