电液力控制系统的自适应控制

摘    要:电液力控制系统中非线性和时变因素引起的波形畸变等控制品质问题是电液控制系统中较难解决的问题。论文在板簧试验机上用参数补偿的模型参考自适应控制算法、Lyapunov稳定理论进行了推导,用微机实现了系统的控制。实验表明这种自适应控制方法明显地提高了控制品质,使系统的波形失真度下降,快速性增加。 论文还探讨了系统的鲁棒自适应控制问题。

Abstract:In electrohydraulic force control system, it is a difficult problem to solve some control qualities such as wave distortion caused by non-linear and time -varied factors. In this paper, an algorithm of model reference adaptive control with the parameter compensation using Lyapunov stable theorem is derived for a spring leaf testing machine, and realized with a microcomputer. Experiment results show that the control quality is obviously improved, the wave distortion of the system is decreased, and system response is speeded up. Also the paper discusses the robust adaptive control of the system.
