摘    要:首次用16SrDNAPCR-RFLP法对脂环酸芽孢杆菌(Alicyclobacillus)属的菌进行快速分类、鉴定。以分离自浓缩苹果汁的29株脂环酸芽孢杆菌及5株已知的参比菌株作为试验菌株。研究结果表明,在87%的种的相似水平上,所有菌株分为7个种群和16个分支,即23个种。其中,仅4种未知菌株与已知参比菌属于同一个种,其它25株未知菌均是与参比菌株DSM3922、DSM4006、枯草芽孢杆菌B.subtilis1.943以及凝结芽孢杆菌Bacilluscoagulans1.2009不同种的菌,且都有可能是新的种群,需作进一步鉴定。

Abstract:In this paper,16S rDNA PCR-RFLP were used firstly in the study of 29 unknown strains of Alicyclobacillus isolated from concentrated apple juice processing and 5 reference strains,in order to rapid classification and identification of Alicyclobacillus isolated from concentrated apple juice processing. Results analyzed by MINTS software indicated that all the 34 strains were clustered into 7 subgroups and 16 branches at the similarity level of 87%;that they were along to 23 different species. Only four strains of the unknown Alicyclobacillus were clustered with the reterence strains,the other 25 strains were the unknown species that different from A.acidoterrstris DSM 3922,A.cycloheptanicus DSM 4006,B.subtilis 1.943 and B.coagulans 1.2009. Further identification work are under progress on these strains.
