摘    要:针对多机电力系统中UPFC稳定控制器鲁棒运行点的选择问题,提出了综合考虑UPFC装置向系统提供阻尼以及受控电力系统本身阻尼两个目标的选择方法,将该问题转化为一个多目标问题,并提出求解该问题的相应多目标进化算法(MOEA),该算法基于Pareto排序选择方法,采取模糊修正、小生境算子、精英选种策略等技术,具有收敛速度快等优点.最后通过对新英格兰电力系统的仿真分析,验证了多目标进化方法在选取UPFC稳定控制器鲁棒运行点问题上的有效性.

Abstract:In this paper, the problem of selecting the robust operating condition for design of UPFC-based stabilizer in bulk power system is discussed. It can be formulated as a multi-objective problem, in which, two objectives should be taken into account. Not only the operating condition where the minimum damping torque is provided by the UPFC-based stabilizer should be identified, but also the performance of stabilizer should be verified at the operating condition where the total damping torque of the system is minimum. A multi-objective evolutionary algorithm (MOEA) is proposed to get the tradeoff relationship of these two objectives and select the proper solution, which adopt fuzzy correction, niche and Elitism strategy. The algorithm gives a very high efficiency of convergency. As an example, the proposed method is used in the New England power system. Pareto optimal solution of this multi-objective problem is obtained.
