摘    要:根据现行气调库的能源利用率低、能耗大的特点,通过增设预冷间和减少气调间冷却时间、采用导热系数较低的库板并处理好防潮和气密性、选配耗电低装有变频器的压缩冷凝机组、小温差变风速的冷风机等方面对制冷系统进行节能设计,可降低制冷系统运行能耗,减少气调库运行费用。

Energy-saving design on the refrigeration system of controlled atmosphere storage for fruit and vegetable
Abstract:Regarding the ratio of energy utilization was low and energy consumption was great in current controlled atmosphere stores,several aspects in energy-savings design were elucidated.Pre-cooling chamber,low conductive coefficient in insulated panel,proper measures related to damp-proofing and air-tightness,compression condensing unit with frequency converter and air-cooler regulated in minor temperature difference and air volume were introduced in the interest of keeping energy consumption and running expense in low.
