| 摘 要： | 为了满足单转台四轴联动数控系统数控编程对空间刀具补偿的需要,提出一种空间刀具补偿向量模式的编程方法,并在这种方法的基础上改进了空间刀具补偿后置处理算法.该方法在自行研制的数控楼梯扶手弯头四轴联动机床上进行应用,取得了良好的加工效果.这种方法依托现有的CAM软件,具有一定的通用性,对开发带有空间刀具补偿功能的四轴数控系统有一定的参考价值.
