| 摘 要： | 专题研究了目前各种大型金属铸件在重力铸造条件下 ,计算 (大型 )铸件浇注系统最小截面积的常用水力学公式及几个常用或较常用的经验公式的特点和存在的不足 ,分析了这些公式共同存在的使用前提不明、适用范围窄、通用性差等缺点。介绍了一种用统计学方法进行回归推算出的实用性强、操作简便快捷、适用范围宽的 (大型 )金属铸件浇注系统最小截面积计算公式 ,并将其与近十多年来众多成功的生产实例进行了比照 ,证明其具有良好的可靠性、科学性和较宽的适用范围

| Abstract: | The insufficiency and characteristics of formulas to calculate minimum sectional area of gating system in common or commoner use under gravity casting of heavy castings with different metallic material have been analysed emphasisly, a new calculation formula of minimum sectional area for heavy metal casting gating system has been introduced, this new formula has been contrasted with successful production examples in last ten years and more, it has verified that this new formula has good reliability and wider application area. |
