基于C/S与B/S相结合模式的客服管理系统的设计实现

摘    要:通过对业务模式成熟的中型IT服务型企业的需求分析和流程再造,采用基于C/S、B/S体系结构相结合的模式构建管理信息系统,实现了大数据量信息的高效、快捷、灵活处理,阐述了如何实现业务数据集中管理和信息服务开放管理的和谐统一,为中型IT连锁服务行业提供了一套科学的、切实有效的管理方法,是MIS系统在中型连锁企业的典型应用。

Abstract:Based on the combination of Client/Server and Browser/Server infrastructure to build management information system,the information with large data can be managed efficiently,quickly and flexibly through requirement analysis and process implement of the middle-size service-centered IT enterprises with mature business form.The paper illustrates the way to achieve harmony between collective management of business data and open management of information service.The system provides a set of scientific,practical and efficient managements for the middle-size chain service enterprises in IT,and is the typical use of MIS system in the chain service enterprises.
