摘    要:钢结构住宅建筑具有重量轻、抗震性能好、施工周期短、工业化程度高、环保效果好等特点,较符合国民经济可持续发展的要求,该文将层次分析法和价值工程理论结合,建立了适用于钢结构住宅的综合评价模型,以期为推广钢结构住宅的产业化提供更科学和更全面的依据。

Abstract:Steel residential building(SRB for short) are favored because they have many advantages.For example,they are lighter and more anti-seismic,they can save time for construction;they are highly industrialized and environmentally friendly as well.With these remarkable advantages,SRB can keep pace with the requirements for a sustainable development of the national economy.This article unifies layer analysis and value engineering theory and establishes comprehensive evaluation model which is suitable for the SRB,in order to provide SRB a more scientific and comprehensive basis.
